This 45 minute – 1 hour presentation will take attendees through various concepts, personal stories, and strategies that they can begin implementing right away to build the mental strength (the mental HEALTH) they (and you!) need, to make it through the ups and downs of building out a brand, a podcast, making it through daily life and just living in this world as a human being.
