Podcasts are among the most rewarding projects you can undertake. But regardless of the passion and creativity that sparked them, they are are ultimately projects that need to be managed to be successful. Speakers Jacob McCourt and Jessica Fantauzzo will take their 10+ years of combined project management experience to share helpful hints and tools that can be used into order to prepare, launch and keep up with the demands of a regular podcast series.

Jacob McCourt is an award-winning speaker, marketer and podcaster and has worked for companies like 3M, Entertainment One and Bell Media and has written about technology for Best Buy Canada and others. His podcast, the Left Behind Game Club has been nominated for four Canadian Podcast Awards.

Jessica Fantauzzo is digital marketing expert with experience in copywriting, social media, agile methodology and editorial management. Jessica has worked for companies like Goodlife Fitness, Digital Extremes and Roots Canada.
